That question may sound a little odd to some, but
I get asked some variation of that several times per week. So, the best
thing I can do for you, is help you to understand what the best diets
really are, and how you can make them into a diet meal plan for
yourself.
If we are what we eat, what are we? To
answer this question, I recommend that you record everything you eat
for a week to see a clear picture. Please don’t diet for that week,
just eat normally.
When I ask my clients to do this they usually
cringe because they don’t want me seeing that record. Would
you be the same? If so, then you already know a lot of food that does
not belong on your diet meal plan.
Now that was simple, right, then why do people
refuse to take action and search for the best diets? The simple answer
is pain. They don’t want to give up all the foods they love and eat raw
carrots for the rest of their life.
Unfortunately you have been misinformed, and
believe me I’m being polite using that word. Many diets just
reduce the amount of calories and leave you feeling tired, run down and
irritable. Diets can cause you to put on weight in the long term and
you know this to be true.
What happens a few weeks after you end a diet…?
So, do the best diets really exist? The
answer is yes. But you should make small changes to your diet, say one
small thing per week and create a diet meal plan that will work for you.
Substitute the bad for the good over time and make
smart choices. There are ways to speed this up if you want to see
faster results. Use other peoples knowledge to get a head start.
