"Secrets to finding the right fitness training plans"
When looking at fitness training
plans, there are a few things you must take into consideration. The
first question you need to ask, is why you’re looking at fitness
training programs? Is it to lose weight, get fit or are you planning
for an event.
No matter which answer you gave you need to read
on. There are many types of fitness training programs out there and
many of them are rubbish and some even dangerous. So, with that said,
let's look at fitness training plans for losing weight first.
If
you find fitness training programs based on dieting or claims of the
best diet, stay well clear of it. Dieting does not work long term
unless you stay on the diet for life and that’s not a healthy option.

One
vital point all fitness training plans must have, is that the
individual (you) must be able to adapt it to your needs. In essence
getting a personal fitness training program ready made for you.
The
fitness training plans you look for must include a way to look at your
food intake so you can change the bad for the good over time and help
you to make smarter decisions. If you’re an emotional eater it must
give you strategies to over come this.
Then it must guide you
all the way through their fitness training plans. And as we're all in a
hurry these days the fitness training program must be designed to help
you lose weight in the shortest possible time.
On the other
hand, if you’re working to improve your fitness the program may include
circuit training and cardiovascular training which may be used for
weight loss but at different levels.
Do you know, if you want to
lose weight you should work at the lower end of your training rate, on
the other hand for cardiovascular fitness you need to work at a higher
percentage of your maximum heart rate. Do you know what that is?
I’m
a qualified fitness and exercise instructor so I can stand behind this
statement. We must learn to work with our bodies, not against them. We
must realise how the body works instead of how we want it to work.
